Really? Well.....he did say that Sharia should be implemented THROUGHOUT the country. But on a lighter note.....the fact is the Constitution prevents him from doing that. Sharia is a state thing according to the laws. If he tried......he would be violating the Constitution.....and could be easily impeached. Plus....I doubt anyone wants a second civil war....which might not end in three years time. Religion really should not be the main thing this election.....IT IS THE ECONOMY! |

charlos14:Well....you right. But after 16 years of PDP's ministrations.... Me....I don't like PDP or APC. But I will say this...if APC wins...it won't be good for Nigeria....but it might send a message to our political elite to take us Nigerians seriously. So seriously that ten years from now....we would be really moving forward...as PDP and APC try to outdo themselves in making Nigeria better...because they are afraid of the chop. |

....buhari we do not need your assurances because you will never smell that seat in Aso-Rock you covet so much.. ..go develop yourself first(starting by knowing the name of your party and that of your vice)before dreaming of developing this nation.. |
| Re: Buhari Assures Nigerians On Religious Neutrality by Nobody: 2:43pm On Mar 25, 2015 |
Atigba:I doubt there would be religions war in Nigeria is Buhari wins. Unless you want his northern brethren like Dangote...and even the local Northern trader with connections in Lagos and Enugu to lose billions of naira in a resulting religious war. After all....we had decades of Muslim rule. They said the same thing back then. And nothing happened....because peace benefits all....or as the cynic would say....the parasite does not kill the host. Buhari cannot Islamise Nigeria. He did not do it in 1984....and he won't do it now should he win. And if he tries it.....he and many Muslims will lose out. Pragmatism wins every time. And BTW.....what has your PDP done for us? Why are we still so oil dependent....and why does my house have no light...and why is there fuel scarcity in Abuja? |
