I schooled at university of abuja and I must tel u that it was the unwillingness of the previous VC's that left the school that way

in case you've not been there before, ask someone that has spent 2 or 3 years now there to compare the school

the present vc hasn't spent up to a year there but the development he brought to that school can't b compared to the former vc's 5 years
