@OP, I got a similar message about a month ago,was asked to call Ella,i did'nt and after two weeks,i received same message but with a different name/ number to call...I sensed lack of seriousness so I ignored it as well...If u are in lag,you can give it a try.

my sister told me its not free cos I also received the same msg twice. she said any org dat employs a customer service /call center agent would def train them.
