My polling centre has been extremely peaceful. Accreditation is still going on and we have few road safety men and a police officer with soldiers moving round d town.. Won't be voting as I got no pvc

well.... everything seems to be cool and calm ougt here. .. even the INEC officials just had their lunch... accreditation, done! voting should start in a bit..

Card readers were apparently failing often at a polling booth near an Accenture staff's home. And the guy couldn't understand why...cos the rea

ders were all new. So he approached the INEC woman. Inspected the reader. Only to find the protective film on the lense of the reader had not been removed. After a protracted argument he convinced the woman to remove it. The reader not only read the prior rejected cards, it was reading with even faster response time. Please share. It could help a lot.

accreditation starting now in my pu, people waiting patiently since morning just to vote for gej. With card reader delays this election go last till six pm

accreditation done in most units in ward seven of ibadan north east. issues with Maboreje unit because the adhoc staff are not too serious.

My polling center is far from my house, but am going round my area in Ilorin Kwara State at Govt High Sch Adeta monitoring the accreditation.
It has been very peaceful but slow.

We are already getting ready to use our PVC to vote transformation in.

Av been successfully accredited, the card reader misbehaved for about 30 minutes, come and see ppl cleaning their fingers with spirit, the machine kept saying verification failed. The inec official was very patient, he kept trying all the fingers then when he gets tired, he yells to the guy beside him 'incidence form for this man'.
Eventually it was my turn, the card reader said verification failed again, this time the guy was truly frustrated, he had to call his supervisor who told him to keep on trying. He then told me to swap my fingers with the spirit again then blow dry it, finally the card reader was able to read my finger print.

I rep Ogun East Senatorial District, accreditation still ongoing in my polling booth coz d card reader is dead slow and d turnout of voters is massive. This hot weather is killing.
Anyway, we just have to do it for Nigeria sake.
