I think this is an issue if the rule by inec is to go by. From the outset the INEC made it clear that voters are to be accredited with the use of card readers and had to stick to its decision amidst concerns. INEC as resolved to use the same manual method it tried to avoid,saying it allows for malpractice and rigging. I think this is unacceptable and INEC think elections are like taking students on excursion or writing secondary school test. I think falling back to a percieved electoral fraud scheme,shows they had no stand. I think manual accreditation is a recipe for election results rejection. Do you think they can be some consequences or rejection of the result in some Units,due to manual accreditation? |

Icon4s:what you just posit is that the card readers failures Nationwide would have disenfranchised 70% of the voters. Why then was it adopted as a means of accreditation amidst all worries. Don't you think they would have been done manually from outset? And that this may create room for election result rejection were people that voted without card readers accreditation may be suspect for fraud? |

Medley:An election of this nature cannot be subjected to trial and error,when people raised concerns about the card reader having noticed glitches,the opposition claimed the PDP want to rig,now what are we saying? We are back to where we started. |

Medley:You are right,we could all see through the situation that this card readers wasnt gonna work,right there in the senate house the card reader was tested and it failed,still they insisted,are these people born to cause trouble? |
