You said no fertilizer application in the first three months if one plants the hybrid sucker. When excatly can I apply fertilizer if I use the hybrid uscker? Secondly, how frequent and what duration does plantain farm need water right from the sucker plainting? Do you water once, twice or thrice a day? Or 2-3 times in a week or once or twice in a month? You are welcome
You can apply manure preferably after 3 months of planting.The root will have been well established and will be ready to absorbs nutrient for further growth.
You don't need watering during the rainy season but you can water at least 2 times or 3times a week using irrigation or stream source during the dry season.
