the INEC personnel had no choice.. the boy got a voter's card.. same thing happend to me when i served as presiding officer in Taraba.. i was almost killed cos i protested against children voting.. i steered clear this year.. glad i did |

kilokeys:The problem starts from the voters registration done some years ago which I'm sure he was younger than this....... so something is still wrong if INEC can't ensure underage people don't have access to voters registration |
