He said Apc are massively rigging, dat dey stole d result sheet and gave it back to him after recording what dey wanted. They also followed him to d headquaters to defend it dat its d original result. He was almost crying, not that he was suppopting pdp, but his efforts had been in vain wen he was mandated by his boss to record it like dat. He works at inec's ict room btw
