IT DEPENDS, most @ times Gynecomastia is mostly treated as a condition that does not have any real effect on a person's general health!...Remedy=some times drug substitution(If the gyneacomastia is caused by patient's medications), we also advice exercises and even surgery in very severe cases!

I can't deal with 'normal' man-boobs (from excess weight, or whatnot) talk less of a full-blown man-rack, but there's something out there for everyone. Like I said, he looks like he's embraced it, so I hope he's happy too.
