teufelein:
Buhari,

Nigeria's election process: Key facts

Candidate with the most votes is declared the winner in the first round
The winning candidate also needs at least 25% of the votes in two-thirds of Nigeria's 36 states
If there is no outright winner, the law says a run-off election must be held within seven days
Victory in a run-off election is by simple majority

Something dey inside that your skull at all ? What is 2/3 of 36 ? In case you don't understand what I mean, go back and check the content of my reply.

It seems you don't even under what you posted up there. Same thing I was trying to make you understand. APC won at least 25% of votes in 25 states and FCT already. Criteria 1 fulfilled. Now APC Buhari will be declared winner if he meet the second condition.
If you still don't get it, please wait for INEC and don't bother mentioning me again. I'm busy!!!
Buhari,

officially released = 19.
2/3 of 36 states = ?

we wait upon the time the final result is announced and the mathematical calculations may commence!

When I saw his response to your assertions, I immediately knew the guy was confused. Buhari pulled over 25% votes in more than 24 states.
