Lol, I actually know someone who does, but it isn't commonplace (at least, not that I've seen). IMPO, the swimmer's body is the best/sexiest athletic build out there. There's no trace of fat, nor do they possess those freakin' muscle-b00bs typical of guys who pump iron - just the right amount of lean muscle, and angular MAN. To "moobs", whether they be fat or muscle, I say no thank you..

I swear, I keep telling people it's not the gym they truly need to hit, but the POOL.
