Good evening all. After updating my BlackBerry z10 today to the latest software, I have discovered that I can't view my video files. What do I have to do to rectify it.m? Thanks.

Definitely there is always room for improvement but I'm not a fan of comparing 2 diff brands cos dey have diff coding.
But not withstanding if u run 8 heavy apps on an android with 1gb d fone would def hang

but there in lies the issue...you can't multitask on android...even the multitasking that is just coming in Lollipop is not as yet real time like BB10 and i doubt if you can find any android device running lollipop with less than 2GB of RAM talk less of 1GB

there's no android device with 1GB that can multitask

restart your device and try again...

did you use autoloader or did you update the official OS pushed to your device?

search for the android apk, download the file to your device and click on it to install

Honestly,i think I've had enough of all this Glo snail bandwidth speed on my bb10...God knows i hate slow Internet speed. Please my fellow people,which network is the best between mtn and etisalat in terms of Internet speed? Also is sme data recommended and where can I get a trusted source

As much as I love this new os it has major setbacks. My z3 is slow and hangs for few seconds now. The battery drops faster unlike before. The slowness and freezing is worse wen I open certain apps. Its becoming frustrating oo. I think im gonna return to my 10.2
