Most of them tot I didn't like the person of Goodluck Jonathan. Goodluck Jonathan is just the sacrificial lamb that takes away the sins of the world, Doyin okupke wasn't wrong when he likened GEJ to Jesus Christ. Honestly, I think people in my generation would not appreciate the pivotal role goodluck Jonthan played in shaping the destiny of this great nation not till 40 - 50 years from now. The only thing he did right was what worked against him. Free and Fair Elections. Honestly I'm a Pro-Buhari but I seriously feel for GEJ General Buhari has come to stay, People must realise we have a New Nigeria Already. People must desist from old and crude ways of doing things. People must be law abiding, People must follow due process, people must follow laid down orders and procedures, people must learn to desist from "Business as Usual". People should always seek in all circumstances to do the right thing. The celebration is over. Let Buhari and the APC fold their shirts and prepare to work hard. We need 24hrs electricity as they promised. Buhari MUST provide bullet trains as APC promised. Buhari MUST stabilize the price of crude oil as promised. Buhari MUST stabilize N1 to $1 rate as promised Buhari MUST provide one square to all kids in Primary schools as promised. Buhari MUST grant post NYSC graduants 1yr paid job as promised. Buhari, I am happy for you, but Jonathan didnt cry, Jonathan didnt go to court, Jonathan didnt call for murder of 600. Buhari, please prepare for the curses and insults. Freedom of Speech remains sacrosanct. Make sure you arrest all corrupt persons even the ones whose back you rode to Aso Rock, if NOT, you will be judged. |

mobuch:Calm down guys, lets give Buhari the benefit of the doubt. If he does not discard out rightly the wolves like theifnnubu and Amaechi around him, we will be on his case after the first 100 days. But as to those promises you mentioned, it would be mischievous of anyone to expect him to achieve any of that. What we would like to see is the continued implementation of the transformation agenda of GEJ which is definitely the only realistic document highlighting the policy framework for moving nigeria forward. I believe that Buhari knows better than to deviate from continuing with the transformation agenda. |
