Hi fellow nairalanders,please I want to be sure I'm not alone
here,is there any kaymu seller in this forum who also
experiences delay in payments with kaymu
For over 3weeks now,they've been withholding my cash
which has been paid to them by my buyers...please can
anyone clarify if I'm in it alone or not?

have you delivered the goods?

If yes, login to your account and confirm goods dispatched, call the buyer to also confirm goods received.

@op you need to login and update the transaction.

i believed kaymu sent you link to update the order so try do that

call your account manager.

Their system is not like that of konga where you can closely monitor every transaction.
but then, call/mail your account officer and also their customer service section, quoting the order numbers of all the delivered items... that is how I get to resolve mine almost every time
