Nigerians will forever be indebted to GEJ for what he has done. Most Nigerians feel that Gej is clueless and lost the elections because he was incompetent. Nigerians have always wanted change, but Gej is the change. How did Gej become the change? 1, Gej single handedly made buhari president. If Gej had decided not to contest based on the single tenure agreement, obassanjo would have appointed a new presidential candidate from the north in PDP. The election would be rigged and buhari would have lost again. It was Gejs decision to contest that gave buhari the chance. 2, Gej opened the door for Nigerians to see the corruption in Govt. Th3re was corruption in obasanjos administration, but it was coded and nobody could speak out due to fear. Gej ran a transparent govt, Nigerians saw the corruption and demanded for change. It is this fire that was sparked in the heart of the ordinary Nigerians that gave buhari much support. 3, Gej ensured that votes count. He introduced free and fair elections and put the power to hire and fire back in the hands of the people.Nigerians now know the power of their votes and most people will now go get their pvcs. 4, Gej has broken the mandatory 8yrs rule. He has ensured that 8yrs as a president is not mandatory and Nigerians can eject a president after 4yrs. So as a president, you r only sure of 4yrs. This will ensure the president is up and doing. 5, Gej has set a trap for the in coming govt by raising the performance standard. He made sure that whoever comes after him will do better than he did. He put up the fight and got the opposition to promise Nigerians alot more than Gej had to offer. They have promised to create 1 million jobs in the first year, pay unemployed youths , bring back the girls, Free education etc. All these promises are documented and Nigerians will hold them to it. I am sure that Now that the APC has won, if they look back at all they promised Nigerians, they will be scared and wonder how these things will happen. But we dont care about how, all we knoe is that it must be done. 6, Gej single handedly sank the PDP ship. There is no other way in this world that PDP would have lost their grip on power if GEJ did not insist on contesting and having a free and fair election. I am sure this made obasanjo mad. 7. Gej has destroyed corruption in Nigeria. He opened the door for Nigerians to see the corruption in govt. This then became the no 1 priority of the opposition. He allowed the opposition to sight various instances of corruption in his administration and promised to Fight corruption. Nigerians are now awakened to the to high level of corruption and will focus on it when the new govt comes in to make sure they are more accountable. 8.Finally he accepted the result to ensure there was no bloodshed. I have not counted the good works he did under his administration. We owe him alot. |

Jonathan Also Owe Nigeria More 1. Trillions of Naira stolen under his supervision. When will he start paying us back? 2. Gross abuse of power and wide spread impunity. 3. Underdevelopment, poverty and robbing us 5yrs of prosperity if it was effectively utilized. 4. Empowering criminals and institutionalizing lawlessness. 5. How about the over 15,000 Nigerians that died in his watch, millions of Nigeria Internally displace and refugees? 6. State assets stolen or sold to his proxies. Recall when Patience return from Germany from her near-death experience, she publicly said that some people who had her fortunes in trust were already selling them off and cashing in on it. 7. The hate, clannish and divisive tendencies Jonathan promoted for further his Them Against Us mentality on Nigerians. How about that. 8. When will Jonathan take responsibility for the pains and sorrow he cause Nigerians with his anti-mass ill thought policies that kept Nigerians drowning in poverty and his incompetence that could not sustain the economy. So as you can see, Nigerians do not owe Jonathan anything. He should rather be the one apologizing to us. BTW, we will find ways to recover part of what he has looted. It is too much for one lifetime. |

egift:He must account for the one billion dollars loan which was supposed to be used for security. That's one of the reasons they are trying so hard to whitewash his image..... They will fail. |

egift:In that case. Most funds are channelled to state allocation and stolen in the states. So all governors under Gej will account for it. This includes fashola, amechi etc |

luvmijeje:He used it in securing a Fake ceasefire with Boko Haram that did not even last 48hrs. There is even the average of nearly a Trillion Naira annually for the last 5 yrs. The political voices radio programmes here in Enugu they used in barraging Buhari and taking a jab at him - this morning they are praising Jonathan to the high heavens. The entire programme is dedicated to craft a history book for Jonathan. When it comes to mentioning Buhari, they become stammerers. |

kestolove95:TANiods seems to have a new mandate to write the Failures of Jonathan by use his last minute dubious efforts to safe-landing and securing a mouth-watery retirement benefits out of jail as criteria to now declare Jonathan the best thing since sliced bread. |

egift:One chance! But there's no way he would have use all the money for fake cease fire....... There will still be left over. The history that I witnessed........ Jonathan will go into the book of infamy when Buhari start probing agencies under his government. |

luvmijeje:@Bold: Jonathan don't do leftovers. Look at the budget, it always end up in deficits - despite supplementary budgets, loans and others. The good news is that we have kicked him out of the way. The effort the develop Nigeria can now start. |
