That's because it wasn't built by the police. It was built by the owner of SAANA Suites - A classy hotel on that street off Bauchi Road. The owner also tarred the road leading to his hotel. Kinda miss Unijos sha. Been years now.

that police post at bauch road beside nnpc was built by an hotel under construction in 2009 but wasnt really functional as at the time i left the area.
