That had me choking with laughter but I do not think a lot of people will be dropped at this stage as compared to the past two stages, probably no one at all or very few which can be considered as insignificant. So keep the hope well alive and take a step of faith in prepping for interview.

I pray o, insha allah in jesus name

I beg to differ on that...it may not be as much as the first two stages but the number would be significant...mind you the OPQ wasnt given without a purpose

Well, you might be surprised but I can fully assure you that is the best thing to do!
Don't think twice, answer the questions naturally else you would contradict yourself which is the marking (make or break) point of the questionnaire.

Bless!

Everyone keeps saying Consistency is wat rilly matas in d OPQ. Wat if u are consistent with d wrong values. Doesn't dat makes the mata worse. I just pray God helps us. We will make it to the end. Happy Easter!!!

My Bra... u just nailed it. They repeated option so much that at a point I was in a dilemma of choosing. At that point any option I clicked would have contradicted an earlier option. I clicked on anyway. All I want to know is when the result will be out so I can shape up my career strategy for this second quarter. Any idea??

Methinks the OPQ would play a role in the dept one will be placed. They informed us that there ain't no wrong or right answer. With the options listed it'll be difficult to be near 100% consistent. Hopeful BTW..

I think that's wrong. It was clearly stated the Department was Assurance when the vacancy came out.

As regards the answers, there are no right or wrong answers in general, correct; but an answer might be right for one job and be wrong for another.

If I took this OPQ for an engineering job, I'd absolutely score high if I choose options related to Innovation (changing the way things work, finding new ways to make things work, coming up with better working methods) But I don't think that would be applicable to an Audit Job. Audit is boring and it has laid down principles/law/guidelines in line with international standards.....would I still score high if I consistently say I love to Change the way things work? Just my thoughts sha, what does a bloody engineer like myself know.....

Is the application only for assurance? What happened to tax and advisory. PwC carries out one recruitment process every year, i doubt its only for assurance...just thinkin. Cc: unofficial
Re: PWC Nigeria Graduate Recruitment 2015 by highunter: 4:57pm On Apr 06, 2015
I believe one should just be honest in this opq questionaire and that was my main strategy. I even think i said i im nt innovative. There are oda nyc pwc values dt are more lyk me. Its a computer assessin the personality, its hard to judge ow they score pple.
