The bible let's us know that Jesus will stay for three days and three nights buried in the ground.
Any average mathematician will tell you that Friday afternoon to Sunday early morning isn't up to three days and three nights.

Jesus was crucified on a Thursday and he arose on Sunday early morning.

People assume he was crucified on a Friday because the bible noted that the next day was a sabbath.
This was a special type of Sabbath that doesn't necessarily fall on a Saturday, it was a high sabbath and it can fall on any day of the week which happened to be a Friday that period.

Thursday and night, Friday and night, Saturday and night- 3 days and 3 nights. He arose very early on Sunday morning before dawn!

my dear, its absolutely necessary. this is the problem with religion, building a relationship on ignorance.

If it was necessary enough for Jesus himself to state clearly that he will be in the belly of the earth three days and three nights, I think its also necessary for us to take note of that.

Moreover, the salvation and the demand of justice was met after the COMPLETE three days and three nights. If it wasn't complete, no salvation.

Ignorance will make men celebrate days instead reality.
What does it help to be pious on a day that he wasn't crucified in?

Any piousness, reflection, holiness, state based on ignorance is absolutely useless!
