Few days after Buhari emerged president elect in the March 28 election, Nigerian Army is said to have found Gen. Muhammadu Buhari’s missing certificates. Former Honourable Commissioner for Lagos State Ministry for Tourism & Inter-Governmental Relations, Sen. Afikuyomi, confirmed this on twitter.

It would be recalled that prior to the election, the army denied knowledge of having the certificate which Buhari says was with the military board. See more of his tweets after cut…
