Take a bus going to mangoro, cement, from along, drop at the AP now forte oil after mangoro, then. Walk back abt 2mins, u would see his office, shortly b4 d canal, and if it's mangoro u stop, walk like 10mins and u also see his shop shortly after the canal, with a big banner sign post.

please guys whats the solution to this kind of problem.... i have a dell laptop that doesnt charge more than 40% then it will put on not charging.....have tried draining the battery a little and continue charging but it doesn't work. thanks

The battery is bad, u need to replace it, l have experienced that a couple of times.
