A tenant has proven stubborn by refusing to quit as he has violated the law guiding the house where he live which as well has angered the occupants of the place.

The landlord (I) , a young man who doesn't want violence in his dealings wants to involve the police. But don't know if they can handle it.

Your help is needed please

If you want a tenant to quit in December serve him notice in May. Don't leave it till too late! Provided he pays yearly but if not a month or three months notice will suffice!

Rendering a man homeless because you don't agree with him or his ideas violently ain't cool.

Go to the nearest law firm, the reason lawyer go to work daily.

seems you know too well about these people's dealings - tenants.


They even abuse me and I thank GOD Almighty for the spirit he gave me. I don't give them any listening ear.

The other night, they kept abusing noisily till dawn. No one slept well in the house.

From the day they started with their abuse, I've never stopped greeting them for once anytime I walk past them
