They feared Jonathan won't religuish power because that is what they would have done if they were in Jonathan's shoes. In the three failed attempts GMB has had, he never conceded defeat in any but rather made hate speeches that led to violence in the north especially in 2011. Lives and properties worth millions of naira were lost. It was a collosal and monumental lost. This is the main reason why they were afraid of jonathan conceding defeat!
