Hey Guys, I just received my acceptance form from the same email that sent the earlier mail.
The message contains the acceptance form in an .docx file to be downloaded and filled(I guess).

FUTA OML AWARDEES HAVE BEEN CALLED BY THEIR SCHOOL DEAN OF STUDENT AFFAIRS TO COME AND COLLECT THEIR AWARD LETTERS........IF UR AWARD LETTER HAS BEEN SENT TO UR SCHOOL,PLS LET US KNOW...!
