I'm close to 30 and I still weigh 45kg
Pls what can I eat or do to gain weight..... I'm so concerned

U naturally have a very high metablic rate, eat more and do less activities, over time ur weight will improve

Wow, 45kg is rather too low. I am more than twice that weight. I belive you have a petit stature. How is your diet like? Do you experience high stress level? How many hours do you sleep in a day? Have you gone to do thyroid gland test? Answer these questions and i will begin from there.

I strongly believe that your very low apetite may be responsible for your low weight. Everyone need healthy foods to gain weight as well as to boost one's immune system. For start, you need to take apetite boosters like multivitamins. Then start eating healthy foods most especially carbs and fats. Healthy carbs include oat, brown/white rice,pasta,sweet-potatoes,yams. Healthy fats include olive oil,coldwater fattyfish(titus,kote), avocadoes,walnuts,peanuts butter. Also eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Try reduce your stress level. Increase your sleep hours to 8 hours.

Are you sure you are 45 killo? That is an anorexic weight for any height over 4 ft 9. Anyways, you don't look it.
