I think u can use ur volume keys, either "+" or "-" to snap while they are still working on the bug.... Cos it works as well

just delete the current BlackBerry link and redownload another. Even after connecting ur fone to d BlackBerry link make sure u have internet connection on d laptop

go to any message field be it text massage or bbm anyway and type myver and hit the space key u will see it or go to settings scroll down to about.

good morning house;i've been an avid observer of this thread for months now and is a part reason i got myself a q5.kudos.
Pls i switched on my phone this morning and in the process noticed that the phone didn't boot fully,the phone however came on but i have been having 'h' or '3g' or even emergency ever since!! It has been resolved, just put your network on 2G and restart the phone
