99siena speedometer is controlled by the ABS so check and ensure all your abs wheel speed sensors are functioning properly (especially front) ensure abs pump is working and connected.

If you are in lagos call 08033910382 for a scan and fix.

Good point. Mine stopped working, but it was one of those sensors in the front wheel. It has been fixed.
