Lol op, those aren't really them in prison. TELL magazine just superimposed cartoonish prison bars on their publicly available pictures. Look at the background of the pictures, MKO's and Yar'adua's have got banners of some sort. Now who puts banners in prisons? Furthermore, why would they be adorned in their full regalia if that were a prison? Does that make sense to you?
