We are not referring to the oba's utterance here: we are referring to the unlearned nonsense you posted here. For one, the news didn't say oba will send you to the area around the lagoon; it said you will be pushed into the lagoon to drown.
Secondly, charity begins at home. If you will be able to build lagoon like this in 5 years, how come you have not built aba, awka, abakaliki, Onitsha, et all like this 55 years after the civil war?
