This doesn't follow. This dressing defers from what I saw him wearing in a picture with his granny after acreditation. He may have been giving money for any other reason, because, trust me, that little cash I see him holding here is not enough to influence a greedy policeman who may want buy into election rigging. Plus, every fund for election rigging have been dished out long before today. This is mere character defamation by a hater from the opposition and we shouldn't allow ourselves be decieved by such cheap shots.
