They want to rig it for the PDP. Imagine Theodore Orji, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, PDP National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh, Minister of State for Defence, Col Austin Akobundu and co storming INEC office to order the REC to announce a result he earlier rejected because of fraud! They're just so desperate.

Results of the April 11 governorship and state assembly
elections in three local governments of Abia state have been
cancelled. The affectedcouncils are Obingwa, Isiala Ngwa North
and Osisioma. Announcing the cancellation at INEC state
headquarters in Umuahia, the statecollation/ returning officer,
Professor Benjamin Ozumba said that reports from
international observers showed that election in the affected
councils were characterized by violence.
He insisted there was "incontrovertible evidence" to warrant
the cancellation.
Expectedly the cancellation drew heated arguments and
recriminations from agents of both PDP and APGA.
While PDP agent, Hon Solomon Ogunji protested against the
cancellation the APGA agent lauded the action of the state
collation/returningofficer, saying it was in line with the
complaints made by his party.
Before the cancellations were announced the result of the
governorship poll in Osisioma had been announced with PDP
scoring 42, 122 votesas against APGA with 1, 017.
Results so far announced:
Isiala Ngwa South: PDP got 7, 133 while APGA polled 5, 686.
Umunneochi: PDP 43, 24; APGA 7, 349
Ukwa East : PDP 4, 261; APGA 3, 851
Arochukwu: PDP 3, 032; APGA 11, 383
Ukwa West: PDP 9,154; APGA 4,890

Yes. Mr. Ahamdi Nweke( he won T. A Orji for Abia Central in the Senate, he was rigged out but INEC has rejected T. A Orji's 'victory') is there as APGA's agent. Olisah Metuh and co shouldn't be there but they're using their office to influence the announcement.

It's true. I heard it on channels. The correspondent said after T.A came and left, the cancelled results were later added which made pdp to be leading but right now, everything have been put on hold. They are fighting each other and security officials cannot even stop them. Apga agents rejected The results and disrupted the announcement because they would have gone ahead to declare ikpeazu winner and then ask Alex Otto to go to court.

God will see us through. I'm not giving up on Abia yet.

Re: Abia State Result So Far Apga Leads by Nobody: 10:15pm On Apr 12, 2015
Tragedy was averted at the Abia state office of the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC), as the Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Prof. Selina Oko was attacked by the agents of the Peoples Democratic Party over the cancellation of some results of the governorship election.

Trouble started for the REC when she announced that the results from the four local government areas of Obingwa, Ugwunagbo, Isiala Ngwa South and Osisioma Ngwa has been cancelled due to irregularities that allegedly characterized the polls in the councils  but the PDP agents could have none of that and started protesting that the decision would stand over their dead body.

The PDP agents led by the state secretary of the party, Barr. Charles Esonu protested that they could not understand why INEC cancelled election in the four councils where the PDP candidate, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu won landslide.

The situation led to serious confusion with everybody shouting while some PDP agents were seen threatening the REC, but she was briskly whisked away by security agents.

“How can the REC cancel results from the PDP strongholds, we can’t accept this. Surely this is a plan behind but we can’t allow our party to be cheated. There is no cause for the REC to do what she did. We will not leave INEC until she does the right thing,” a PDP agent told our correspondent.

After about 30 minutes, the REC finally returned to continued with the announcement of the results and added that the decision has been reversed.

247ureports gathered that the decision almost sent the state on fire as a crowd of protesters, mostly PDP supporters had already gathered at the adjoin streets leading to the INEC office at Adelabu street. Tension was also building up in Aba, Obingwa, Ugwunagbo and Isiala Ngwa areas when news filtered in that the results of the local governments won by the PDP has been cancelled.
