12:30 – International election observers on Sunday called for the cancellation of the governorship and House of Assembly elections in Rivers State.

Amaechi was trying to come back to power through Dakuku, everyone knows that.
The election was between Wike and Amaechi. Wike didn't mention Dakuku's name once in any of his campaigns.

the international observers never said anything about those states you mentioned and based on what they saw in rivers state called for cancelation of election in rivers state
