I'll start by carrying everyone along, then work hard and earn my respect from him and my other subordinates...I'm sure that he will become envious of my visible achievements. And with time he'll acknowledge that fact that I'm a much better boss than he'll ever be.

I will remind her everyday that being a permanent staff doesn't mean that she can't be sacked any minute As She Never Failed To Remind Us Every Minute. i will post him to one of the branch at a very remote area.
exactly one month after his transfer, I will suspend his salary till further notice but still assign more jobs to him.
