Sorry to say this, APC are too violent. Simple congratulation is what they are finding difficult. Even if Inec has the power to nullify election, they will start it here in kano and katsina. The rigging including massive underage voting was kolomentaly.

It is not all the time that the politicians and the masses want the same thing. Politicians like states with population and/or deep pockets because politics needs supporters, and funding.
