Kenya is beautiful..and has lovely culture and people. I want the Kenyans here to disregard the Somalis here that are making trouble. don't blame them.. they know nothing but war, hunger and famine..so they wish the rest of Africa will join them to be war turn countries by provoking them to start a war...there is a saying that a bitter and troubled man knows nothing but bitterness ,sadness and sorrows. they derive pleasure in causing people pain..just pretend they dont exist here. cheers..A friend from Nigeria

Lake Bogoria, Kenya This strongly alkaline, saline lake has an area of roughly 12 square miles. Many types of algae flourish in its waters, turning the lake a multitude of different shades. The algae-rich water is especially attractive to flamingos. When the water dries up during the hot season, the earth dries out and cracks

An aerial view of Nabiyotum Crater in Lake Turkana - the world's largest desert lake and the world's largest alkaline lake - in the Great Rift Valley in Kenya. Photographer Martin Harvey said: "These photographs were taken while accompanying clients on exclusive helicopter safaris in Namibia, Botswana and Kenya. I take top business people and entrepreneurs.

"These helicopter safaris are always done with well-maintained helicopters and very experienced pilots. It's probably much more dangerous driving on Africa's roads."
