Peter AYODELE Fayose a man who won an incubent APC governor in Ekiti state in june 21 2014 election, APC spits fire and files out different ways to stop him at all cost. the APC boasts that fayose cannot withstand the pressure that will come his way and will regret ever having the gut to take Ekiti the seat of yoruba knowledge.

1, APC first filled a suit at tribunal in ekiti, trying to remove fayose, but fayose was ahead of the plan and match APC tactics for tactics man for man even playing dirty, whatever it takes fayose was declared winner at the tribunals in December 2014. [size=14pt]1-0[/size]

2, Apc unsatisfied went to Court of Appeal to file an appeal to remove fayose, and more interesting was an alledged audio clip where APC claimed that a secret meeting was held ti rig ekiti election released by sahara reporters having wasted so much money to authenticate the tape in the USA and seargt Koli who was paid huge amount to record and flee the country added weght to the case and it seems that fayose is already gone, but Alas, medicine after death! the alledge audio tape came too late and was not part of the innitial 'statements of claims' filed at the preliminary suit at the tribunals, it will be noted that 'in legal practice' evidence that are not innitially joined at an innitial suit cannot be entertained in 'the court of appeal' and so the secret audio is as good as dead before arrival and useless to the case at the 'appeal and supreme court' you might read also; https://www.nairaland.com/2192223/ekiti-audio-fails-second-greatest and so on February 15, 2015 fayose won APC at the 'court of appeal' [size=14pt]2-0[/size]

3, Apc was unsatisfied and lastly went to the supreme court the apex court that its verdict cannot be appealed or overturned they want this man called fayose out at all cost, and to put fear in him and distabilise his plans, expecially the upcoming house of assembly election they thought fear would not allow fayose to put his best in winning the majority of the house members to the assembly house but the APC actually dont know who fayose is, that he is a man that is comfortable with pressure and trouble-making while holding his composture very high and get himself fully concentranted, this notion can be confirmed by his former commissioner in 2006, Mr otito. Fayose was described as a 'wahala man' and a man who love trouble and scheme ways ahead of his opponents in winning his way out, this was disclosed by his former commisioner for works Mr Kayode Otito in an exclusive interview with STV. Mr otito says that if you are a quiet person you cannot work with Fayose because he loves trouble a lot,even his wife often plead with people to accept him the way he is.
"Fayose always think ahead and scheme ahead of his opponents even in things that you feel unimaginable he's got no limit in scheming ahead of opponents", he said.

and to confirm this fayose was not distracted from making sure that the majority of the house of assembly member are PDP but cleared the whole seat 26-0. and the supreme court (the apex court) gave a final and un-opposed verdict in favour of fayose and declared Fayose the true winner and gov. of ekiti state

4, earlier fayose had gone to an abuja fed high court to file a suit
(1)stopping the 19 APC lawmakers from impeaching him
(1a)an ex-parte injunction restraining the lawmakers from continuing with the impeachment proceedings

(1a) above that is an ex-parte injunction restraining the lawmakers from continuing with the impeachment proceedings was not granted,(sahara reporters erred by misleading people to believe that Fayose's suit seeking stopage to impeachment proceeding had been turned down outrightly,this is the same error sahara reporters also made in buhari's certificate saga saying that 'the certificate suit was dismissed when it was only adjurned to aprill 22nd)
so, (1) above was granted that is the entire suit of which fayose is the plaintiff and asking for the stoppage of the impeachment proceedings against him was entertained and the 19 lawmakers were invited and the ekiti chief judge to appear on 16 th of april, the 19 APC lawmakers had withdrew their own case against impeachment of their speaker Omirin, there was no judgement validating Omirin APC as speaker and the withdrawal of the case in ekiti could also be used against APC as conceeding the impeachment of APC speaker Omirin, as it is now impeachment proceedings is technically halted until the determination of the suit, this was evident in the fact that the letter sent to the chief judge by the 19 APC lawmakers to take action and set up commitee after 7 days of receipt is not effective as it is over 9 days now that the letter ha been sent but the registrar had claimed no knowledge of the letter, because the registrar was aware of the suit filed by fayose in abuja which must be determined first before he can submit any letter to the chief judge who cannot be served directly but through office of the registrar in ekiti who will stamp and code the letter before proceeding to give it to the c. judge.
And as it stands, the plaintiff in this case Fayose is expected to utilise his advantage in utilising time 'as a plaitiff' and so, we expect Fayose to start using what we call delay tactics like Tambuwal case which is as good as dead in the apeal court, because fayose is entitled as a plaintiff, we expect his lawyers to come with different applications of who wanted to seek joining the suit like the pdp 7 members in ekiti house of assembly expecially the newly appointed speaker

That the case before the fed high court in Abuja filled by fayose is not to determine who is speaker or not, because section 168 had it that 'speakership issue is solely a responsibility' of the house of assembly, and so using 'separation of powers' the court will have to refer the agrieved members to court to settle the speakership tuzzle unfortunately APC withdrew that suit may be waiting to file it again after this impeachment suit halt filed by fayose is determined.

Fayose's lawyers will plead the court to give enough time to study the applicateion of those seeking to join the suit, at least we expect 4 to five adjournment before the defendands can be heard if the lawyers really want to exercise the 'right of plaintiff' the impeachment case is as good as dead, so if the APC lawmakers withdraw their impeachment plan, good for them but if not, with Fayose as the plaintiff and the little days remaining for the 26PDP lawmakers to take full control of the house, the plaintiff will use the days left in the court technicalties afforded by our 1999 constitution. so it could be [size=14pt]4-0[/size]
