Effectively not possible to solve if you are gonna put just single numbers in the boxes. Mathematics doesn't allow the sum of three odd numbers equal an even number, which is 30 in this case. It can never happen. All the numbers there are odd numbers.

You can decide to be clever though and put multiple numbers in the box. Like..

(13-3)+(13-3)+(13-3) = 30, since you can repeat numbers anyways
