I paid for two months,that's April and May in advance still my account was suspended and I was told to go and pay the remaining balance of 1000naira after I spent about 500naira airtime calling their customer care line and they deliberately refused to pick my call.honestly speaking,DSTV is taken Nigerians for granted and getting away with it.as for me,I am done with them

Why do Nigerians have to pay more than people in the UK, USA, EU, and other advanced countries where minimum wages are higher than Nigeria.
UK minimum wage approximately 250,000 naira monthly. Sky package = 12,000 naira monthly
EU minimum wage approximately 230,000 naira monthly. Viasat full package = 10,000 naira monthly
Nigerian minimum wage approximately 20,000 naira montly. DSTV full package = 16,000 naira monthly.
Suffice to add that with the EU and UK packages, you get many many educative channels, and excellent sport coverage. But with DSTV, you get mostly trashy SA channels and NIGERIAN movies and news!

Do you guys make money from watching football? If not then port to startimes,mytv,actv,consat,free to air. If you do make money from watching football then you should be able to afford the subscription. I can't pay 14 per month for football I rather pay 30k for internet and have access anytime I want and make money from it as well. Nigerians just want the best for free.

I wonder why people give a bleep about Dstv. When free-to-air satelites are readily available, where I watch even 2015 released movies, series, news ( cnn,bbc, aljazeera, rt, voa ), cartoons, sports etc all for free.

Haven't any of y'all heard of metrodigital. They have Bein Sports channels and you watch all the matches in all the leagues guaranteed. Also have some decent movie channels plus national geographic. The only DSTV plan that I can say is better is the 14k subscription, against metro's 3k5. I been don port since o,especially if sports is your priority

I can't do without my SS3, otherwise I'd have had a change of plan.
