Bros Buruji, your story has some gaps! Your defence is that Nick Fillmore could not recognise your photo during identification parade. It shows that his evidence could not be relied upon! If his group knew and dealt with one ALAJI, your late brother who resembled you well, he ought to have, at least, pointed at your picture! The onus will now be on you to prove it wasn't you but your dead brother, ALAJI that carried drugs! You need to do more to convince us! So my verdict is that you go back to America and clear your name before taking your seat in the hallowed, sanctified, holy and Angel-filled Senate Chamber! Coooourt!

" I didn't do it" doesnt win cases in court, going to court with superior facts does. He has REFUSED to go!! You can't win a contest if you are not a contestant.

he should prove by travelling to the US for his next vacation.
The sad part is that even American citizens have been thrown into jail for up to 30 or 40 years for crimes which it was obvious to the prosecution that they did not commit. The prosecution is concerned with convicting people, even when it is obvious that they didn't do it. Worse still, this practice is worst when you are BLACK. So I wouldn't suggest he takes such "vacation" to prove his innocence. Nigeria and USA have extradition treaty. Therefore, they can easily present credible evidence and begin extradition from Nigeria.

Talk what you know. There are some Americans in America with outstanding arrest warrant without knowing and cops are NOT seriously looking for them, but you could get pulled over for a minor traffic offense and warrant for arrest pops up once a cop does a background check. Not everyone is on FBI most wanted list. He has to go America to clear his name. Lanre Shittu Motors did it in the US.
