Someone was pushed, fell down, tried getting up on her feet but fell again and you call her wicked while some of you attribute her condition to karma!!!!.

She might have suffered concussion when she fell. The lady that pushed her would surely be in trouble if anything happened to her.

The wicked ones here are those people who are fetching water there. Why couldn't there sort out their water or plumbing issues in their houses? Must they fetch their water from that particular house?

It's so mean watching them fetching water while that woman lay on the ground. Her condition might get worse.

We shouldn't just conclude that the woman is wicked.Have you been to an environment where people fetch water especially if it is not cemented n properly channeled.This woman may be the one to do all the cleaning while everyone had satisfied himself.She might have complained about the state of the place.
I was in a similar situation.There was a well close to my apartment.Neighbourd n cotenants will fetch water n leave the place so unkempt.Everytime I will be left to tidy the place.I had to fence my aparment round to avoid constant quarreling.
