Wow, 250 is a lot. I am not sure, but I think what happened at IFC last year may happen at NB. What happened was during the tests, and interview stages, everything went well, a number of persons passed the stages, it was an easy process for them. During the training, a number of us believed we had the job, we weren't concentrating, we were focused on just when to start. Extra tests were carried out after the training, and despite the fact that a number of persons still passed, a camera was fixed in the different classrooms, to find out those who asked questions regularly, those who were able to relate real life situations in the training class. It was a crazy routine, but they got who they needed. I was later informed that the three persons taken for the job were sent to Switzerland for training. They needed 10 persons, but 3 were taken. My advice to you all 250 persons, listen well, NB is a large organisation, and if you all will listen and do pretty well, you all can be given the job and at different locations I suppose.

There was an online test followed by a CBT test written by thousands of people, then a few made it to the driving test, interview then medicals. Out of those who have done their medicals, about 50 are currently undergoing induction, with 2 more batches to follow.
Some of the guys who didn't make it to the CBT stage the first time and were sent regret mails were suprisingly invited for a CBT test last Saturday, probably to select candidates to make up the third batch of inductees. Like some guys said above, there were about 200 of them in attendance.

You hit the nail on the head. I know the list was for 250 people because each of the five accreditators had a list containing 50 names n over head one of the workforce guys saying not everyone showed up. please who has an idea when we will hear from them?

just got text from NB for driving test on the 28th of april.

hey guys i also got the invitation to driving test for tuesday. Please those that have gone previously should kindly describe to me how to get there from berger. thanks

Ok guys, the test *if held by AA RESCUE* is in two parts, the first of which is the theory where you are asked road signs and other technical questions. the 2nd part is the practical part where you are given either a manual transmission vehicle or both manual and automatic transmissions. it is important to note that part of the test includes seat belt, using side mirrors, and confidence....but final advise...be cool and be yourself

Guys what about the Driving Licence thing, do you guys have any?
