Dominante:Listen, simpleton, you stand as accused. You are what we call a yellow bellied bastard. Your types are going to be dinosaur in the Nigeria of tomorrow. Children will read books in 2050 of how it used to be and who we rid the land of criminals and their ilk. When you have no more credible points to make you resort to word plays, dunce. |

Billyonaire:Will you this Creek Mosquito shut your mouth? Get an Education please, only the President and Governors have immunity under the Constitution. Oloodo! |

CityNG:Again pointless. You made a statement, and i made a counter statement to reveal that there are no basis for the grounds you seek to be forcing home, it is not my problem if America decided not to sell Nigeria ammunition. you are very confused and you do not even understand the premise of your own argument and you are subconsciously contradicting yourself, I am not engaging you any further on the matter, you are not worth my time. |
| Re: U.S. Requests For Buruji Kashamu’s Extradition by Nobody: 5:32pm On Apr 20, 2015 |
dam4sam:No you are wrong. where in the constitution did you find your statement? |
| Re: U.S. Requests For Buruji Kashamu’s Extradition by Nobody: 5:34pm On Apr 20, 2015 |
Dominante:Of course you would see my postings as pointless. I expect no less from a supporter of an international felon ![]() Since when do thieving bed mates see logic? |
| Re: U.S. Requests For Buruji Kashamu’s Extradition by Nobody: 5:35pm On Apr 20, 2015 |
dam4sam:I will be very happy if you can please post the relevant section of the constitution. Thanks. |
| Re: U.S. Requests For Buruji Kashamu’s Extradition by Nobody: 5:36pm On Apr 20, 2015 |
Section 308 of the constitution provides immunity for president and vice governors and deputies, and judges. I am sure members of our foreign mission enjoy some degree of immunity as well. |

USA my foot. Nigeria will be the most useless country to extradite a sitting senator to the United States of fools, that will not happen unless they want to extradite Obama to face our court here over his refusal to sell arm to the Nigerian armY. America should go and die. |

Dominante:The REAL SHAME is in electing someone with a PENDING DRUG CHARGE on his neck............as Sin-nator of the federal republic of Nigeria It is the same shamelessness and lack of respect for the sensibilities of this country that allows "accused criminals" like Obanikoro to be sworn-in as a Minister ...allowed a Murder suspect in the killing of a "sitting" Attorney General of Nigeria (bola Ige) ...... in the person of Iyiola Omisore, to be elected as Sin-nator of Nigeria. It seems the new "hide-out" for Criminals in Nigeria now, is to get elected office (by massive rigging ofcourse!) This brings disrespect and dishonour to a supposedly respectable office of the "Honourables". I think Buruje Kashamu should seek guarrantees that he would get a "fair and unbiased" trial.... and then submit himself to Justice. That part about the real Criminal being his BROTHER... and he had DIED ![]() Its not just about patriotism and identity only, ...............it is also about Justice, Decency and Discipline. |
| Re: U.S. Requests For Buruji Kashamu’s Extradition by emwye(m): 5:39pm On Apr 20, 2015 |
Dominante:Sorry Bruh but that logic makes no sense whatsoever. Check current events and history, Known criminals in the US cannot run for office without some extreme cover up taking place. Politicians get locked up all the time in the US for seemingly monor offences (look up illinois governors). Following your logic, if we had an American facing drug charges in say the UK who came back here to run for office; upon public knowledge of his crimes, that guy would be under fire and depending on the bilateral relationship between both countries, he could be extradited and disgraced. You might want to define what patriotism means in your books because condoning flagrant disregard for the rule of law isn't it. |

Dominante:Stop the double-speak! It DOES NOT provide for Senators. Period! BTW: Members of the foreign missions are protected in a "foreign" country and only get booted out when they commit offense but if it were A CRIMINAL OFFENSE, they can be extradited after being recalled back to their home country. In as much as l can understand how you feel (Going by the fact that America is not known to extradite its own citizens to face Justice in other countries, which is wrong by the way), it still does not make shielding alleged criminals, a right thing to do. We dont want any alleged criminal to use illegally gotten wealth to buy thier way into the Senate and then use that as a "shield" for their nefarious activities. Thats ma point and position. |

Has Dick Cheney been extradited to face charges for his involvement in the Harliburton scandal? Please nobody should disturb Kasamu because of those double-standard Americans! If America wants to fight crime let them fish out the guys who assasinated President JFK first and punish them before we can listen to them. They should all compensate Africa for the crimes of slave trade and slavery carried out in Africa and on Africans respectively. |

emwye:How is that my problem that he is elected? I am no fan of any Nigeria politician, I do not care about people who have no political aim, it is the uneducated lot in his constituency who elected him and the INEC and judiciary who allow him to contest a political position that should be answering that. Majority of the politicians irrespective of their academic achievements lack political conviction, how do anyone succeed politically without a political identity? What I am about is the uninformed trolls shouting extradite him, I could not careless where he'd end up, I do care about respecting our nation and treating us on the same footing as any other respectable country. Would US extradite John Mccain to Nigeria if he was accused of drug offences? Absurdity. |

Dominante:Better not waste Ur mental energy in engaging these ppl who know little or nothing abt international diplomacy. American,UK,German and other western citizens are arrested every day all over d world for heinous crimes, yet U hardly hear of them tried or jailed outside their country. Western nationals are routinely arrested even in Nigeria for oil bunkering and co but is there even one of them in any Nigerian jail as at today? Why has America not repatriated it's citizens involved in d Siemens and Halliburton bribe scandals to face trial in Nigeria, instead they were purportedly tried in d US and UK. I remember vividly,Margaret Thatcher's son was once arrested in a dirty illegal arms deal in one Aefrican Country like that but I can categorically tell U he is chilling in d UK now as a free man and here are Nigerians advocating their citizen should just be given up like that.SMH |

emwye:Those double-standard bastards would never do that! They are holier-than-thou criminals that sponsor international terrorism and pretend not to know what is going on. They have no moral justification to call for the extradition of a Nigerian citizen to their country! |
| Re: U.S. Requests For Buruji Kashamu’s Extradition by dam4sam: 5:52pm On Apr 20, 2015 |
dokyOloye:This part is a FAILURE on the part of the Nigerian Judicial and Executive system. If you call your house a refuse Dump... people will be obliged to dump refuse there ASAP! ![]() But then, to really stand-up for your RIGHTs and that of your Citizens in the current dispensation, you ahve to have the Military Power to back it Up! Is it a Nigeria that cannot power its homes or that is still begging America for weapons to tackle Boko boyz that would stand-up for her citizens, if push-becomes-shove? Let us put things into context, we are where we are TODAY,.... because of who we are. |

kennygee:You see now? When we insisted that everything be done right, you guys refused. Because of Sai Buhari INEC had no choice but to allow all sorts of individuals to contest. Drug Barons, certitifcateless, thugs, criminals. all were screen and allowed by Jega's INEC. Moral is if we accepted CERTIFICATELESS CANDIDATE, we are okay with DRUG BARONS The saying goes thus "he who comes to equity must come with clean hands". Or what do you say to this? ![]() |

APC don't know how to play politics at all, there is nothing like US in this, we all know those that want to jail the man. How about tinubu's case of drug trafficking? How about babangida case of drug trafficking? Northerner's will never raise any issue against themselves but the south will foolishly be jailing themselves, embarrassing themselves why the North looks on. This major problem is common among the yoruba's!! I can bet anyone, if Gen. Buhari want to fight the so call corruption, the southerners will always be the scape goat while his northern counterpart will be protected, this is not the general's first time I.e case of shagari and pius(from south East). Or is it not the southerns that is calling for the arrest of madueke, okonjo iweala, fani kayode! How many Northerners have demanded kwankwasho, sheriff, Gov. Aliyu to be arrested because of corruption? The northern are so wise, that they will continue to rule over us until we wise up |

dam4sam:Oga,d summary of what I wrote is that d current trend is for every country to shield it's citizens to d highest degree, even in d face of glaring evidence, esp when d victim of d crime is a foreign nation or citizen. Where the citizen cannot be shielded,he/she is given d highest possible soft landing. America is d greatest proponent of that. Nigeria shld learn and upgrade. |

Dominante:You've made proper points defending your statement. The system that put him in power is the real issue - valid. However, that very image of a "respectable country" you want cannot be granted to the system (his constituency, INEC and the ones that condone corruption) which you have no regards for. With that said, will John McCain be extradited to Nigeria ? I doubt it, would he be extradited to Isreal, UK, Canada? Hmm... its plausible. |

dokyOloye:Thank you very much. The problem with the trolls is that majority of them are teenagers, and they may be forgiven for that. More so, there is an American syndrome in the Nigerian society that majority of them would rather die defending American interest than defend our motherland. This is the failure of successive governments of this country to include the words like patriotism and national identity in school curriculum, a lot of us do not even know who are, it's a shame really. |

The True Biography of the Uneducated Fugitive Senatorial Candidate Esho Jinadu Aka Prince Buruji Kashamu...Blog Reader Shares His Experience I saw this and found it interesting...Esho Jinadu Aka Prince Buruji Kashamu originally born in the late 50s to Alhaja Jinadu is a MAN who now claims his deceased older brother's identity, Buruji . According to reports, he originated from Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State, Nigeria. He has several baby mothers one of which is the popular Rosula and children. He is now fond of denying his old identity by ignoring people who know his roots.Meanwhile, he claims to be a Muslim but eextremely diabolical.. Esho started as a vehicle licensing Tout at the Lagos Mainland Local Government during the years 1978-1983 with the likes of Babs, Sir K, Kunle Enilolobo, Late Mohammed Oladapo, e.t.c.. The first proceeds earned him enough to be introduced to Illicit substances and Money Counterfeit, in which he used Jinsod Motors on Allen Avenue Ikeja to front for his illegitimate drug dealings. This went for a while until he was nabbed by the Nigerian Customs alongside his brother the Real ''Buruji''. His brother Buruji was locked up at the popular Alagbon while he was held at the Customs ware house Ilupeju. Continue reading He made a daring escape with the help of Dupe, The daughter of the Owner of Naira Pools (one of the pioneer betting companies in Nigeria) and fled to Republic of Benin. While on exile in Benin, he was able to expand his Illicit network with the help of Cali Cartel Drug Lords of Columbia where he amassed so much funds from the export of drugs to America mainly Chicago from which he was able to fund a Presidential aspirant who eventually won. With his access to the Presidency, he successfully defrauded the country where he is still wanted for his atrocities. At that time, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Corruption in West Africa and DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency USA) had linked and declared him wanted for enormous drug trafficking charges, Money Laundering and Murder. He was detained at the famous Wormwood scrubs prisons in UK for several years where he fought extradition to the USA extensively and lost. He eventually absconded to Nigeria while on bail and has since been unable to step out of the shores of Nigeria.... You might also like: |

emwye:There is no denying the fact that America see itself as head and shoulder above other sovereign nations, any extradition agreement between US and any other country is a one way traffic almost all of the times, hence why the UK is seeking to change that the agreement between them and the US, not after public outcry I should mention. For an American to be extradited to a country, you'd expect the US to have made good number of successful request from that country, hence why Russia declined to sign an agreement with America, because the proposal seek to subject Russians to the whim of the US prosecutors. We are a sovereign state. |
