i am a teacher
very friendly and cool with my colleague teachers
i have no beef whatsoever with a colleague
i however realize pupils of the school are overly pampered, in that when a pupil misbehaves nothing is done to him or a befitting punishment is not given him. Pupils misbehaved some days ago, as usual they were being pampered, frankly i boiled over and screamed "why dont you punish these pupils?"...then a lady teacher interrupted violently "but we cant punish them!!!!!!!!!!!!"....i got up and left. whilst i was leaving, a colleague male teacher was throwing tantrums at me, like " go!!!...you can leave for all i care!!!....nonsense!!"

My challenge is that, i am very free with all these colleagues.

How come some of them descended upon me that day like they had been preparing for me all the while?

what will be your advice for me?

do i leave the school?

do i keep quiet on disciplinary issues in the school?

help a brother
