Baby is in a foetal position and the branches are also baby's placenta. The dog's owner has a hat on his head and a long beard.

The dog's ear is actually a hat. Look under the hat and you'll see a man's face. Hint: use a finger to cover the dog's eye n turn ur phone screen slightly to the left. You should see a face with long beard. lol
