This is some bullshyt laws man, just for drugs, You want to take a human's life? Then again, you know the laws, why would you smuggle? All these deathrow for drugs countries need to chill, joor! If their country was some sort of utopia, then it is understandable trying to curb the filth being brought in but it's a shythole.

Can't even begin to imagine how they are feeling especially those who have been waiting since 2001. Guess with time, they have come to terms with it.

the quantity of drugs these guys were smuggling are very small... death sentence is too harsh. it is the drug barons that are supposed to get sentence and not this ones.

Heroin is a deadly drug that kills thousands of users annually, yet the death sentence handed down to these convicted heroin smugglers is still barbaric and excessive. Life in jail would have been more than enough of a punishment for all of these convicts.

Marijuana has never killed a soul in over 3000 years of human civilization, and therefore the man convicted of importing weed to indonesia should NOT have been sentenced to death alongside heroin smugglers. Likewise the Fillipino maid who was tricked into carrying drugs in her luggage should have been spared from the firing squad, on compassionate grounds.

One can only imagine the agony in the minds of those 9 human beings, now that a time has been set when bullets will rip their flesh apart and send them into an early grave. One cannot but pity all those convicts, for what has already happened and what will soon occur.

I feel real sorry for that poor maid. Her situation is quite unfortunate.

And a politician steals 20 million dollars in Indonesia n gets probation or sentenced to 4 years imprisonment n gets paroled after 2 years.
