I have noticed dis a long time ago. I recommend he takes malt and milk 3 times a day after heavy meals. He have to snacking too, in-between meals. If he likes, he can add Wate-On syrup to it, its for weight gain.

If he tries this, after 3weeks he will be looking like Skales in dat picture.

Am lean like that too... If i follow your steps, will i improve? I also have stretch marks below my shoulder blade, is this a sign of fatness? undecided
