Friends of aspiring musician Funke Gold, have raised alarm over an accident she had involving a Dangote truck that crushed her leg and left her confined to a wheelchair.

Here's what they have to say:

" This is Funke Gold... An artiste.. Her and her crew were on their way to an event at Sango Ifo on the 31st of July When a Dangote truck ran into them from behind and hit them twice....It took over 2 hours before they could get them all out of the vehicles... Long story short, they were abandoned and left alone in the hospital... They only got a visit and were promised that their bills were going to be paid for but that didn't happen... So far, Funke Gold and her crew have spent over 5 million naira on surgeries and up till now, she's still confined to a wheel chair...
Funke's only source of income is her musical career... She can't perform while in a wheel chair... Funke needs justice.. Let's help her get justice by reposting till it gets to the right authority... God bless you ."

If she is able to get a good lawyer then I guess some loose change of compensation will be given by the company.If not she no go get nothing...

She needs justice or she needs compensation? Which one is it? The best thing for her to do is to plead with Nigerians to come assist her, if she's crying for justice, justice cannot prevail.

Such is life dear, we all have seen that 99% of people driving Dangote truck are bunch of idiots that kill Nigerians on daily basis. You can't go to any state without seeing this stupid Dangote company's vehicle packed, spoilt and cause accidents. What annoy me most is that nobody is even talking about it. I know a lot of people this have killed in my town. Why all this, why giving this truck to senseless Hausa people. They all have no human sympathy. God save us in this lawless country
