No we don't but transport and logistics to and fro is covered by the prospective buyer. A nairalander has come to check out some acres and this was the same system we used

Free from Government acquisition, 5 mins drive to the expressway, no power line in the the village. There are gsm networks in the village. No other hidden charge apart from 10 percent agent charge
