If u want to lose weight, then u have to cut down on ur food intake. Eat small portions of food. If u get too hungry, eat fruits or vegetables instead. Avoid too much carbohydrates. Don't eat late night supper. Eat before 7pm in the evening, preferably fruits. Do exercise too. Good luck.

I have noticed dis a long time ago. I recommend he takes malt and milk 3 times a day after heavy meals. He have to snacking too, in-between meals. If he likes, he can add Wate-On syrup to it, its for weight gain.

If he tries this, after 3weeks he will be looking like Skales in dat picture.

Yes eating before 7pm helps the food to digest before u go to bed. Cos night food always encourages weight gain. But sometimes, due to genetics, some people are naturally fat or chubby. In dat case, u might not lose the desired weight but u ll lose some weight and still be healthy.

Nope, it can't. In order to lose weight one has to lose appetite. However, weed enhances appetite. The only time when weed can aid in loss of weight is when the smoker doesn't eat after smoking. And even at that, he can't get to look that bad. That guy is on either coke, heroin or gbana
