my advice is to open a hotel/guest house in port harcourt, warri, and yenegua(bayelsa state). hospitality business is a hot selling business in the oil producing cities. however i have a land, suitable for hotel location in port harcourt, close to spdc location oyigbo, port harcourt, with a good tired road,and an average of 4hrs light/day. selling at 2.5 million/plot. i am a civil engineer, you can rely on me for your building projects. contact me on: 08157041104. as for the land, the early the better.

thank you for your advice, but I think ph and warri already have excess, I have a friend who own one there and owerri, is not generating much income to him, but tank you a lot
