Try get a testimonial from any primary school. some headteachers can help you.

Testimonial is Issued by the headmaster of primary school while Certificate is issued by Ministry of Education of the State. Some establishments can accept testimonial while some insist on certificate.

Please Marvin, what is the faith of those yet to receive mails? could it be that NIS will eventually put the letters in the portal as they did for the test? if you have any idea i would like u to share with me if you dont mind. thanks. its not in my spam folder either. hope the mail wont come too late.

Me too don't have it, i only get testimonial. I don't know if it will be alright
